Nestled on a private and exclusive 200 acres of undulating Irish countryside dotted with beautiful woodlands and a glittering lake, Lisdonagh House is a place of enchantment, waiting to be discovered.
The overlapping Beech tree lined avenue heralds your arrival to Lisdonagh House and Connemara ponies graze in the front fields to greet you on your onset. The magnificent Lake Hackett with its unique and historical crannog is mesmerising and ever changing.
Situated in Headford, a mere short 20 minutes from Galway city (the culture capital of Ireland) Lisdonagh House, full of character and personality is the perfect Irish rural escape. Lisdonagh House offers a variety of accommodation to suit all tastes. The Manor House, sheltered by Oak trees offers classical interiors, delicious food and old style hospitality. Ideal for a weekend away, cultural tour, family gathering, private house rental or a private house party to celebrate in style. It’s the perfect size… it is not too big and yet not too small. Additionally, the courtyard villas offer a relaxed ‘home from home’ experience and are located adjacent to the main house. The Gate Lodge is an idyllic archery located at the entrance to the estate, and remains unchanged save for the provision of all modern amenities during its restoration.
